In my stock SS 1LE, I've had no trouble doing hooligan maneuvers in 2nd and 3rd gears on dry pavement with clutch fully engaged rolling onto the throttle (no clutch kick cheating) to spin up the rear tires in oversteer maneuvers in corners if that is what you are asking. Can't just put the skinny pedal down as the only driver input though; you have to use rear to front axle weight transfer input by lifting momentarily before going to power and then may have to put in a slight inward steer angle input to make it happen depending on the pavement situation.
