You are reaching. One TQ and weight advantage count in getting out of the hole. Two, no ET was given for the 1 mile...just the MPH. And reaching X MPH over X distance is a factor of gearing and power, remember the GT350's trap speed vs ET? Three, the tires on the 1LE are a liability for drag racing due to their weight (and the weight of the rest of the 1LE parts). A base SS will turn a better ET everytime.

6mph over 1 mile is not like 6 mph in 1/4. And considering we have seen traps in the 119mph range, is 6 mph really surprising over 1 mile?

I'd be more interested to see the ET over 1 mile comparison.
