I would say at best, a light balancer might be worth 0.02 second on a 9-second car.

It would be worth it if you where sitting at 10.0.

But adding it, there is also a lot of variables. It needs to be balance perfect and perfectly attached or you could vibrate your crank to cause failure or upset cam timing. It’s for short time performance like the 1/4 mile drag not for a track car where vibration would most certainly set in.
