I have drove mine in that 32-40 degree range with no real issues, but also I'm consciously driving much more careful, using the Snow/Ice mode as well.

According to the manual you can have reduced traction under 40 degrees, and the possibility of cracking under 20. I drove mine yesterday with the temps in the upper 30s with no problem; I was a bit more cautious, though.
