Vented catch cans

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to discuss the VCC's for a sec. I'm currently running a MightyMouse solutions VCC. The way I have it setup is while the intake is under vacuum (normal driving) it's pulling the blowby into the catch can. However under boost the intake will no longer be under vacuum and a one way valve prevents boost from entering the can. The valley port connection is free to vent through the filter on top of the can to save the front seal.

My question is. Should that be enough or would one of those say Metco type valve cover breathers that replaces the Oil Fill cap be recommended?

I was thinking if I did install the Oil Fill cap with a breather would that reduce the efficiency of the catch can..

Thoughts?
