This is the exact reason you should never buy a domestic performance car brand new, you are going to take a financial beating should you decide to sell in the near future. Please don't make the same mistake with the ZL1-1LE it will likely take an even bigger beating should you decide to sell. Best to wait 1-2 years after introduction and buy used, let somebody else take the hit.
Sell your 1LE privately and wait for the prices to drop on the ZL1 versions, they will shortly as I suspect many owners got caught up in the hype and soon realize this is not the daily driver or weekend toy they wanted.
