I've been trying to search through the forum and I've seen some conflicting info so I am going to ask here.
I am looking to upgrade the sway bars on my v6 and I've read the 1LE sways from the SS will work in the rear but the front has an additional bend that hits something in the V6. Anybody know more about this?
Assuming the SS 1LE bars don't work, would the 1LE sways from the V6 1LE work fine then? It sounds like they are just straight FE3 SS parts but I assume they don't have the additional bend that is causing the issue with the SS 1LE sways.
Also is it worth upgrading to the ball jointed toe links from the V6 1LE? I am currently not interested in replacing the cradle mounts or dampers so that leaves the sways and toe links as upgrades. While I love BMR stuff, I am looking to stay stock looking as much as possible so GM parts are what I would like to stick with.
Once I figure out the correct GM parts to roll with, if anyone has the part numbers I would be grateful!
