Having your financing in order before visiting the dealership is a huge timesaver. The last several vehicles have been financed through my credit union. Not only does this save time on paperwork at the the dealer, but I find negotiations are much easier as well.

I've been very fortunate in the last few purchases. All pleasant dealer experiences. Then again, I'm one of those crazy people that actually enjoys the shopping/buying process.
