Well.
The Duration and Lift are Advertised Numbers. Kinda "Generic" so people can pick a Cam by looking at numbers without getting confused.
Just like calling them stage 1, Stage 2 etc. Just terms used to market Camshafts.

What makes the Cams work are the fancy numbers on the Cam Card. Such as Valve events. My Cam is 223/228 @ 114 LSA .604 lift. And it shakes the car and rumbles.
My Cam opens the valves early. I get great Torque though. Spin the tires starting in 2nd gear.

.635 Lift?? Why? Too much.
