Tcm from hp tuner unlocked help

I ordered a new unlocked tcm for my 18 a8 ss.
Followed instructions to swap tcm which worked fine, but keep comes up as cannot read
Anyone have a fix?

Deal. They told me they fit like a 285. (Wide tire)
