So would it be fair to say no matter what SC stock/Mag 2.3 or 2.65/whip 2.9/edelbrock/PC that without doing any fuel mods like 30% cam or massive injectors and such that 650 to 700 is about it?

Hm, that doesn’t look like much. There are dozens of guys with stock SC doing pulley swap, intake, and LT headers making similar if not a bit more HP/TQ.

could you pulley down on the 2300 to something like 14-16lbs without upgrading fuel and experiencing heat soak? Also what would be the power out put guesstimate of something like that?
