So a 19kpa loss, equates to roughly 3lbs of boost.

3lbs of boost isn’t 130hp, unless your elevation is even higher...

Just remove the hood hinge, remove the radiator support, then you'll see the 3 plastic dumb body pins you need to remove. Make sure to have a long body tool to remove them. The bottom one is the pain.
