Have you looked at RS3s? They very reliably run 10s all day on e85 with just other minor bolt ons (intake, turbo inlet, intercooler, etc). You can buy them new for about 65k and the total for bolt...

Im not thinking about major modifications - but e85 and associated needed parts & tune would be on the list with basic intake and exhaust. I would think that would be more than enough to give a Chevy...
