Unhappy I contacted my dealer and they say the car hasnt...

I contacted my dealer and they say the car hasnt been delivered to them yet. What could this mean?? It is the dealership that reports the 6000 code, right? I dont understand why they would do that.

No I haven't, as of last night Chevrolet said it was sitting on a railcar in Twin Oaks PA with no estimated unloading date. Dealership has also not contacted me and they know the super tight time...
