Constant whining-buzzing noise!

Hello fellas,
I have a 18 Camaro SS and have this constant buzzing/static/hissing frequency noise from the passenger rear speaker side. I have no idea if it's a ground wire issue or amp. It happens...

I am having the same static issues.

I have a 18 Camaro SS static hiss noise when accelerating from rear speaker area. Even radio off, also when wipers are on, same noise but louder when wipers are operating. Not sure if its a bad amp...
