I would think the goal is not to cool the cyl, but increase the density of the intake charge. Think of the difference on a 60 degree day vs 90 degree day, cooler air is denser air.

Yeah, that has to do with torque limit per gear in the trans tune. Prob more noticeable from a stop at a strip, and more noticeable the more power you are making.

My understanding is if commanded throttle param is 100% then you are fine. Yours is 100% which indicates that the ecm knows you want 100% throttle. If heard stories of folks grinding on TBs and stuff...

Mine reads similar. As far as i know it doesnt matter. Some read 88% some 84% at WOT. Mine is 84%. Some folks believe it means throttle isnt opening all the way, but as far as i can tell thats false....
