No, you need to replace the quarter panel. I did try a fix with JB weld as it hadn't fully broken but didn't last long given the tension on it the whole time.

Great thanks a lot! I took it apart today and got excited as just the flap had a part number on it, but looks like you can't get just that bit. I'll order up the side, it's an easy replacement.

Let us know how they come out, my seatback cover was replaced and it's quite lose but I've been told it should tighten up over the next few weeks.
