Likely because your TCS / Fast torque exit...

Likely because your TCS / Fast torque exit settings have been modified in the tune. Pretty sure on stock tune stabilitrak still intervenes in competitive mode.

If you hold TCS for 5 seconds it will turn off...

If you hold TCS for 5 seconds it will turn off pretty much all nannies. If you use competitive mode stabilitrak will intervene if the car gets loose side to side.
