Not really but if they do drop in the LT5 I won't give a $hit what they call it. I will care how it competes with the GT500.

I agree with your logic on the naming structure but GM has stuck with the 1LE monniker leaving no space for the Z/28.... unless an engine comes along that is suitable. I remain hopeful we see the LT5...

They're going to need a new name when they drop...

They're going to need a new name when they drop the LT5 in the ZL1 1LE... and ZL2 1LE just doesn't sound right. Why not Z/28? Sticking to the heritage didn't help move the 5th gen Z/28s off dealer...
