Stock SS 1LE will get you under 2:00 mark everytime.
Z's and ZL1's will get you playing...

I get the same as you describe and I am all OEM stock. I honestly think it's normal and the car goes into a sleep mode setting. If you just sit in the car and don't open the door you will get this....
