I will defer to Ted if he chimes in, but upgrading the fuel system includes:

LT4 fuel injectors
LT4 High pressure fuel pump
ZL1 in-tank fuel pump and
you should do a voltage booster too.

Which drag pack did you go with? On the P3 gauge, can you see the % ethanol for your fuel?

I am thinking about adding the P3 to my setup or changing to a different adm gauge so I can see the fuel...
