Try Falken RT660's. Not the fastest lap times but gets to temperature quicker than SCR3 and also lasts long. I like them for the amount of feedback I get through the steering wheel.

No matter what headers you get - make sure you get them jet hot / ceramic coated for up to 2500'. LT4's run very hot through the manifolds. Do everything needful to keep the underhood temps down.
