A major advantage of the rinseless method is not needing to be near a hose. If there's access to a hose and you're worried about grit, hose off first, then do the rinseless. It'll still save the time...

If 95% of the car is clean enough to only require a rinseless wash, but there are bugs on the front, what is the best way to remove them - maybe use a mitt with a non-rinseless...

Ok, thanks. Hose isn't a hassle for me and I have a full bottle of Meguires Gold Class to use up, but will graduate to rinseless someday. Thanks for all the help.

Glen, I'm following your Master Plan with Essence/Reload. I bought Meguires Gold Class for the regular washes. Can rinseless be done with Meguires Gold Class? Thanks!
