I used RTV Silicone Sealant around each mounting...

I used RTV Silicone Sealant around each mounting stud and when you bolt it down, it forms into a water tight plug. After it cures, it stays flexible and may prevent any rattles/squeaks.

Same as mine also. I think its the left mounting studs that's causing the problem and doesn't align perfectly with the factory holes, at least it was with mine. I had to tap on the upper spoiler...
