Found it, it's in the driver footwell near the harnesses. However on my fully loaded 2017 2SS, it's just an empty plastic bracket with no USB port/wire.

I picked up my 2SS used pretty much fully loaded, mag ride control, npp, sunroof, sticker was just north of $50000 and I paid $39,300 with 2400 miles on it. Still smells new :)

Think I did OK.
