Front Fascia paint not match.

I’m looking at a Satin Steel 2SS but the one at my local dealer has a paint issue. Is this normal?

Dark Tint Tail light option

I believe the code is B9M, I don’t see it on the build your own option list. Is it included as part of a package? I want to ensure it included in my 2SS. I plan on ordering next week.
