Why am I hesitant to let the dealer change my oil? Because the one and ONLY time they did, the oil filter was so loose it took a full turn to tighten (360 degrees) in my drive way.

For those of you in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area... I asked about this oil at Hendrick Chevrolet in Cary.

They told me that while they do stock it, they won't sell it to customers for self...
