Yes it's border line like most with a stock oil pump. No your engine isn't going out. It's just because of the temp getting so high and thinning the oil out. I didn't like seeing mine that low either...

I think if I was that deep in the engine, I would have replaced that pump by now. $3-400 for a pump replacement is a lot cheaper than an engine.
