If by street you mean daily driver then get two sets of tires - the OEM and a set of street tires. If by street you mean occassional and mainly good weather just use OEMs.

Great chart... ...Are those runs back to back same day? As for brake fluid, its hard to go wrong with Castrol SRF. If you you ever find yourself killing SRF, then there's another issue.
