If they're the standard RS wheels (RQ9), I believe they're 20x8.5" front and rear. So, you're limited to a 255 wide tire, per most manufacturers recommendations.

The NPP muffler practically IS a straight pipe when the valves are open. So there shouldn't be a dramatic difference in sound level.

I wouldn't exactly say it's depreciated by $13k. If you want to see a more accurate depreciation value, you need to look at the current RETAIL value of the car. Then compare that to the original MSRP.
