I replaced the bolts and torqued to spec, even bought a fancy angle measuring wrench for the task. If I ran a track with any curb hopping the rear toe went haywire. Gotta do the links.

I doubt you will be able to mark it well enough to do that. Front toe measurement and adjustment is pretty easy so just check and adjust as needed. Unless you do a lot of street driving vs track...

I’m sure the algorithm has improved. I know some manufacturers are also using some type of sensor to monitor condition that factors into the calculation. Don’t know about GM.
