Question on oil pump alignments

I see so much information about this oil pump alignment. I'm getting a new performance short block from Texas speed so the tool you put on top of the pump is irrelevant. Where I am a little confused...

Solution to the windshield is just tint your windshield. before my OE project I used a OBD plug-in heads up display and it works just fine no double image

I have a 16 1SS. want to install oe hud.. I already have the 8" screen. Have unlocked HMI w/GPS. Have the bigger digital cluster.. looks easy to install. My question is are the pigtails already...
