Reversing Mods?

I would appreciate a little advice on reversing a tune on my ZL1. First of all is it even doable? I had a DSX flex fuel sensor installed and a tune I also have RF Big Gulp (thats easy to reverse)....

The zl1 manual says you can safely run up to E15 so I've been mixing 1.25 gals of calif. E85 (ca. E85 = true 83 ethanal) in each fill up and the average comes out @ 92.2 octane and 16% ethanal....
