So attached is a photo of the point where the GM catalytic pipes are clamped to my aftermarket cat back exhaust.

I understand normal water condensation in exhaust....but it appears to be leaking...

side by side leak

Anyone ever experience a leak pattern like this? Its side by side, left and right, width wise on the car, about 10 inches apart. Seems to be coming right under the stickshift area.
What might it be?

The fender change is only if you use the actual GM Zl1 oem product, the American authority one is built to fit on the slightly tighter SS fenders. Its meant for ss to zl1 conversion.
