I used one one on a prior car and it caused micro swirl scratches. Stopped using it and threw it out. In fairness it was a black car and it was very difficult to keep scratch free.

Wow! That's a lot of oil. This is no small leak. I think that is in the area of the oil filter. I'd start there especially since the leak seems to happen as oil pressure builds at start up.
