Yes I have lifted from both points...either is fine. If you are removing the aluminum plate then you have to use the part of the frame with 2 holes. It is however easier to get the lift pads lined up...

NLS is a gimmick at best...The ECU reduces torque on the NLS to reduce drive train stress. Yes your manual has torque management...it's not like the old days.

I have been running NGK LTR7ix plugs in my car for 3 seasons and 7k miles with no issues. With the LT1's high compression ratio you definitely want the colder plug for boost.

In a M6 car 20mph in 1st gear is only 2500 rpm or so. The gearing in M6 cars is really long. A8 is around 3500rpm in 1st gear at 20mph with stock tires.
