That first picture on your link is not complete. If you look at the alternate pictures, right next to it it shows the picture with the x-pipe I linked to. There is no shorter system like that first...

The stock system is one piece after the manifolds and several cats. You have to cut if you want to reuse the stock muffler.

You have to cut with arh too. Stainless Works offers the best system for people with A8's bc they are the only one offering full 3" afm valves.
