No they're not rgb, they only change to amber when i turn on my hazards or turn signal. I like the RGB halos+boards that are out but I really only want a deep amber almost red color.

I upgraded my headlights, ordered them from Gen5DIY. If anything you could give them a call and just ask them your question about the headlights. They'll probably have an answer to your question.
