ok so on my 2016 2ss (i traded0) i pulled the npp fuse and it worked great vales open all the time.

2017 zl1 same fuse that controls npp and it changed nothing still works normal

Ok so I did several checks and I gave up so I took it back to a Custom Audio sound install (who installed the subs) and they looked at it and they contacted a GM audio person (who I have no ideal)....

I thought they had a engine sound management system through the speakers I don't think it's a ground issue
