Winter Wheels / Tires for 18 SS 1LE ?

Ok.......I'm trying to find a set of winter tires & wheels that will fit my 2018 SS 1LE.

Aluminum / magnesium? Looks like plastic to me.

It looks like that tower can be replaced...I see rivets...
