Factory GM taillights off my 2017 Zl1

this might have had 500 miles on them before I order the GM black ones. Car was always parked in the garage. They have sat in the boxes since I got the black ones.

Engine light help, vitesse TC

Idk the code but I'm assuming this was it.
I put on the vitesse throttle controller and now have a light on, so unplugged it...... Light is still on, so idk if I just need to drive it to reset and...

Only reason I haven't done headers yet is because power gain to cost didn't seem worth it..... But if there will be to much heat I'll either not do a pulley or just order headers. I was waiting to do...

On having low side fuel pump, Flex fuel sensor on, ported throttle exhaust....... But was going to do a pulley.

Suggestion on which one to do, best bang for the buck as far as power and money?
