It really depends on the brand, as some run wider than others in the same listed size. I've seen some 275's that weren't hardly any wider than some 255's, and so on so on....

My opinion is that if he would be irresponsible with the LT1, then he'd probably be the same with the 4 or 6 banger. If you think that might be the case then I'd forget a 455 hp for sure

Mine was cut short up near the windshield. Instead of letting the dealer having my car for a few weeks, I just used some rubber trim molding. It looks pretty good actually
