Update: I found the bolts and washers from a parts yard for really cheap and they are perfect for what I need. I guess the solution is to look into parts yard for stuff if you need anything.

Yeah I don't do any tracking. I have taken it to the track 3 times and ran it only 3 times and there's plenty of time to stop so it's not really like I have to slam hard on the brakes at 100mph....
