It's definitely a bit early for the HID bulb to have failed, I would recommend the warranty route as well. The bulb may be fine, but the ballast powering it may have failed.

I believe if you are in "auto" the fan will slow down when on a call. If you set the fan manually it will blow at the same speed regardless of being on a call or performing voice commands.

I don't have any issues with drop outs of the SAT radio, whether it passing through wooded areas, cities, or overpasses. A suggestion for the dealer is to take out another Camaro in the same area...
