You should definitely use a relay from any of the tapped lights you are using. If you use the original wire to power both the headlights and the fog lights you may blow a fuse or fry your wiring...

You can just buy the fog light housings from GM or any of the GM parts sites. They come with the bulb and housing. I also bought new black bezels from GM to replace the ones that come on the LS...

I had no problem getting mine through the dealer. There is no "kit" per se but all you need is the housing and the bezels and you are in business. If you can't get them from the dealer go to a GM...

The fog light housing are about 60 a piece. So 120 for the two housings. You can use your existing bezels but just dremel out the hole for the foglight housings to fit in or you can buy the OEM...
