Sounds like you had a bad bolt, it happens. I had to get 4 rotor screws out today but life is still good cause I was putting on the track rotors and pads for track day tomorrow.

I believe there is a fan control module that is fed by the ECM and the ECM uses a signal from the temp sensor. I would take it to a mechanic and find the what part of the system has gone haywire.

GLoc will make any pad you need. I put them on the day prior and take back off the day after and use them for track only, high brake dust but they work great. Don't forget the SRF fluid.

Make sure you have them check for the cord separating. Bad cord can cause some really weird issues and you can't tell sometimes unless you look inside the tire.
