I use OnTrack Insurance (https://ontrackinsurance.com/). Their standard policy includes some liability already, but I believe you can add more if you want.

This place charges $100/mo for the season (minimum 5 months). There's another one a little further from where I live that's $80/mo, but the floors aren't paved so it's much more dusty.

I had mine shipped, and it was just across the state. Didn't want to risk damage before I could get PPF installed. I used Plycar to ship enclosed, great company to deal with.

I think I paid ~$200 the last time I had a set mounted/balanced, but it varies. IIRC, the local Firestone was a bit less.
