2018 ZL1 1LE won't start without jump box

My Camaro won't start without a jump box. It'll only do 1, 2 or 3 clicks. Once I connect a jump box it starts easily. My battery is new. Anyone have common reasons? Thank you all to those who help.

I'm confused now because I actually got 23399101 for the front pads and 89047744 for the rear pads but that link shows 25940447 for the front. Are ZL1 brake pads different than ZL1 1LE Brake pads?
