I did not hear anything from the pulley or the intake area, but it seems like the noise is coming from the motor inside. Closer to the headers/ rear bottom side

My 18 ZL1 is making weird high tone whistling noise during the start up(sounds like dog crying ) and it goes away once the rpm settles down. I think it may be the belt but not sure. Anyone have this...
