Could be a vacuum leak, dirty MAF...I somehow doubt it's a dirty injector.

Check all connections on your intake.

Cylinder misfires can be caused by a whole variety of things. I wouldn't be jumping directly to an intake manifold gasket and injector first, for sure...start cheap and work your way up.
